About The Owners

Clean Image Services is rooted in real experience, hard work, and a genuine commitment to helping people when they need it most.

In 2003, Elisha Gessele entered the disaster restoration industry as a first-response technician in Moses Lake, Washington. Day after day, he was on the front lines—helping families and businesses recover from unexpected property damage. These early years in the field shaped his hands-on understanding of emergency response and fueled a passion for making a meaningful impact.

At the same time, Heather Gessele, a licensed insurance agent, was gaining valuable insight into the property claims process. Her knowledge of insurance, communication, and customer advocacy brought a unique perspective that would later become a cornerstone of their shared work.

In 2018, Elisha joined Clean Image Services as the Operations Manager, marking a pivotal step towards the future. His leadership, industry expertise, and commitment to service helped strengthen the company’s operations and culture.

Then, in 2022, Elisha and Heather purchased the company—taking the helm and ushering in a new chapter for Clean Image Services.

Today, the Gessele family is proud to carry forward the company’s strong legacy while continuing to elevate its standards. With unwavering dedication, integrity, and a commitment to excellence, Clean Image Services remains focused on serving the communities of Central and Eastern Washington for years to come.
